Education: Scott Pecaro graduated from Georgetown Day School, a private college preparatory high school in Washington DC, in 2006. He attended Boston College before transferring to George Washington University, where he majored in Psychology.

Experience: Scott began tutoring students in high school while volunteering for several years for a weekly tutoring and mentoring program for underprivileged elementary school children. He joined MLS Educational Consultants in early 2010. In addition to comprehensive math and science mastery, Scott has tutored extensively in the high school and college gateway tests including the SAT, ACT, SSAT, HSPT, and ISEE.  In addition, he has successfully prepared students for a number of AP Exams including AB and BC Calculus, Physics 1,2 and C, and AP Chemistry.

Specialties: Scott excels at instructing students in basic and higher level math and science courses, in addition to all levels of Spanish. His comprehensive math specialties include all basic courses as well as higher level courses including precalculus and calculus.  His science specialties include physics, chemistry, and biology. Scott tutors extensively in the high school and college gateway tests including the SAT, ACT, SSAT, HSPT, and ISEE. Scott evaluates his test prep students, designs tailored strategies to maximize performance, and structures practice sessions to minimize test day anxiety. In addition, he successfully prepares students for AP Exams including Chemistry, Statistics, AB and BC Calculus, and all levels of Physics.
